About us

We're an early-stage startup working at the intersection of AI and developer tools. Our mission is to transform how engineering value is created, by measuring and eliminating the waste that eats it. We're pre-funding and looking for a founding technical partner to shape the product and company from the ground up.

The role

We're looking for a Founding Engineer who could grow into the Founding CTO role, or already be there. You'll build the early product, define the technical vision, design core systems, and take us from concept to working product. No playbooks to follow. You'll write them.

What you'll do

• Architect and build the first version of the product, including backend systems and AI integrations.
• Own DevOps and CI/CD from day one: GitHub Actions, CircleCI, and related tooling.
• Integrate AI-assisted coding tools and orchestration frameworks like LangChain and AutoGen.
• Balance rapid prototyping with scalability so today's decisions support tomorrow's growth.
• Collaborate closely with founders on product direction, priorities, and long-term strategy.
• Lay the foundation for an engineering team: hiring, mentoring, and shaping culture.

What we're looking for

• 8–12+ years of engineering experience (flexible if you're exceptional).
• Strong backend and systems engineering background in Python, Go, Rust, or Node.js.
• Deep experience with DevOps, CI/CD, and cloud-native infrastructure: Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform.
• Comfort working with AI and LLM-powered systems, APIs, orchestration frameworks, and vector databases.
• A builder's mindset: scrappy, resourceful, and comfortable with ambiguity.
• A genuine desire to disrupt developer tooling by leaning hard into AI.

Nice to have

• Prior startup or founding team experience.
• Open-source contributions in developer tooling or AI.
• Experience scaling products from MVP to production.
